At RG Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  • A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Customers may refer to the return policy after delivery, if applicable.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing parts
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images or unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Approval

  • If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days
  • RG Enterprises reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.

4.2 Refund Mode & Timeline

  • If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If replacements and exchange are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 3-4 working days.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.
  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Bank details must be shared by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If an order is returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Refund (if any) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

8. Cancellation by RG Enterprises

RG Enterprises reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

A full refund will be issued in such cases.
